According to Johansson, EU members have imported about 28,000 people from abroad, and 40,000 new ones will be added. In total, the European Union has announced its readiness to accept 60,000 people from Afghanistan in 2021 and 2022.

After the Taliban came to power in mid-August 2021, the European Union decided to accept illegal entry. At that time, it was said that it was necessary to make sure that the needy were helped in Afghanistan’s neighborhood.

Amnesty International has said that women victims of violence in Afghanistan do not receive assistance. Many people are fleeing for fear of retaliation by the Taliban.

According to the United Nations, more than half of Afghanistan’s population has food. In addition, Afghanistan is experiencing the worst droughts in two decades.

The United States has blocked about $ 9 billion in foreign exchange reserves of the central bank.
