About Ireland Government Scholarship:

International students of exceptional merit who want to pursue a master’s or doctorate in Ireland are supported via the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES) program. The Higher Education Authority oversees the program, financed by the Irish government and run by Irish universities. The program funds 60 students annually to attend graduate school full-time for a master’s or doctoral degree. Participants may be majoring in whatever they choose; the program is inclusive.
