About Khazar University Scholarship:
Scholarships based on merit from Khazar University are offered to international students wishing to pursue any degree program in Azerbaijan. Khazar University is providing these scholarships as study prizes to eligible overseas students for the 2024–2025 academic year. Applicants do not need to submit separate scholarship applications; if they are qualified, Khazar University will let them know in the offer of admission.
The grant period is restricted to one year. If a scholarship is granted, it will be evaluated every year by a panel of academic experts chosen by Khazar University, which has the authority to determine whether to prolong it for an extra year of study. Whether or not the scholarship is renewed depends on the student’s academic standing. Scholarships for master’s, doctorate, and bachelor’s degrees are also available.
Khazar University is now regarded as one of the most prominent institutions in the region and Azerbaijan as a result of its commitment to quality. The institution was placed first in Azerbaijan in the 2022 QS Emerging Europe & Central Asia institution Rankings, and it has been recognized by other rankings. In the International Faculty category, it ranked sixteenth overall and ninth in the area of Citations per Paper.

- Evidence of proficiency in academic research and communication in the English language (at least B2). It is not required to submit test results for standardized English at this time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Your institution or college, or an official translation agency, must translate any papers issued in foreign languages into English.
