About humanitarian parole Visa:

Due to an emergency, humanitarian parole is utilized to bring someone who is otherwise inadmissible into the United States for a limited length of time.

Eligibility:

If you have a compelling emergency and there is an urgent humanitarian reason or considerable public advantage to allowing you to temporarily enter the United States, you may petition for humanitarian parole. Humanitarian parole can be applied for by anyone. If you are not visiting for an urgent humanitarian purpose, you must follow the Department of State’s standard visa application procedures.

You cannot use parole to avoid going through the standard visa application process or to avoid going through immigration.

You must submit your request to US Immigration and Customs Enforcement if you are presently in removal proceedings or have been previously removed from the United States. For more information, see Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Instructions.
